In this day-long workshop we focus on the theme of forgetting and remembering in the Heroine's Journey.  First, we will learn about Mnsemosyne, the mother of the muses and through art and story encounter the Greek myth of Ariadne and the Labyrinth - a tale which inspired the novel and movie The Hunger Games). We'll explore how  the act of remembering the Good, the Beautiful and the True in our lives can actually change both ourselves- and our world. .Through writing practices, 
music, art and ritual, we will find pieces of ourselves and our own stories that we had forgotten.
